It was an exceptional staying. Everything in the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Beirut no matter the reason for travel. Thanks for everyone there; Hadi, Hussein and all other staff members.

Hotel room was very nice with a giant TV. The bathroom was big and had a nice powerful shower. The breakfast was pretty decent - I especially liked their a la carte options.

Staff (Hussain, Shirbl, coaches in spa facilities, dining staff, and others), fast check in & check out, breakfast, location, spa facilities (sauna, steam room and swimming pool), gym, near grocery stores, barbershops, and exchange facilities. It was very easy to find taxis near the hotel. I chose this specific hotel, since it is the only one, in Beirut , that has a large indoor swimming pool. This helps to easily practice swimming during the winter season. I thank the management for their hospitality and kind help during my stay. Sure will come again to enjoy this nice city, if God willing.

Great hospitality, thank you very much. They have gifted a cake on our anniversary. Hotel was now very new but in good condition. Bathroom is very good. And best part is that the balcony door can be fully opened so you can have fresh air and of couse use the balcony.
